PREMIERES “JUST KEEP BREATHING”
MUSIC VIDEO ON LIVESTREAM.COM

DEC 19 – Michigan’s We Came As Romans announces The Fire and Ice Tour, a Spring 2012 US headlining run with support from Emmure, blessthefall, Woe, Is Me and The Color Morale.
“Just Keep Breathing”, We Came As Romans’ second music video in a three-part series, premiered on Friday, December 16th. The video was directed by Travis Kopach [AFI, 3OH!3, Panic! At The Disco] and is a continuation of the band’s previously released video for ”Mis//Understanding”, with the story carrying over into “Understanding What We’ve Grown To Be”, the band’s forthcoming and final music video of the series. The band debuted “Just Keep Breathing” on Livestream.com, followed by an interactive chat with fans. The video is now available on YouTube.com/equalvision.
We Came As Romans concluded their seemingly non-stop touring schedule of 2011 this past weekend by headlining the December to Remember festival in Anaheim, CA. The band will keep up their dedication to the road in 2012, kicking off the year with a European co-headlining tour with Alesana, which will be presented by Keep-A-Breast and Macbeth. Soon after, the band will travel to Japan for the first time, to perform at Scream Out Fest. We Came As Romans is touring in support of their recently released sophomore full-length album, Understanding What We’ve Grown To Be.

WE CAME AS ROMANS PREMIERES “MIS//UNDERSTANDING” MUSIC VIDEO ON ARTIST DIRECT
We Came As Romans’ music video for “Mis//Understanding” is now available on ArtistDirect.com in an exclusive premiere.
It is the first of a three part series of music videos for songs off of the band’s recently released album, Understanding What We’ve Grown To Be. The videos were filmed in Brooklyn, NY in September, with director Travis Kopach [AFI, 3OH!3, Panic! At The Disco].
We Came As Romans guitarist/lyricist Joshua Moore explained the concept behind the video in an interview with Artist Direct stating, “You see this guy running through the woods. There are scenes of him covered in mud, dirt, and grime. He’s even running from himself. That’s all going on in his mind. He’s running away from the darkness that he sees. He’s trying to break away and break out from that.”
He continues, “It goes along with the lyrics of the song—not understanding a lot of the things that happen and the negativity that seems mindless. There’s no reason for it. Towards the end of the song, Dave says, “Don’t give up on me. Take comfort in me.” The song is ultimately about figuring out how to fix things within yourself and be happy. That’s where it all starts.”
The two forthcoming videos will continue and extend upon this theme of overcoming personal battles and becoming the person you want to be. The complete interview can be found HERE.
We Came As Romans are currently on the World War III Tour tour with co-headliners Asking Alexandria and Hollywood Undead. Following the full US tour, the six-piece band will venture out on a northeastern US headlining run on the Take A Picture, It Will Last Longer Tour, sponsored by MerchNOW and Every Concert Ever.
Emmure was recently announced as direct support for select dates of the tour, with additional support from Sleeping With Sirens, Attila, and Equal Vision Records’ latest signing – For All I Am. We Came As Romans will return to overseas, on their third European tour, in January 2012.
Understanding What We’ve Grown To Be debuted at No. 20 on the Billboard Current Top 200 Chart in the US and was released around the world through partnerships with Nuclear Blast [Europe, South Africa, Russia], We Are Unified [Australia, New Zealand] and Triple Vision Records [Japan].
